Job Description
Join IPsoft Global Services Pvt Ltd as a Chat Support Executive! In this role, you will verify documents received from client coordinators, handle customer concerns and complaints promptly, and manage inbound customer communications via calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.
Requirements:
