Job Description
George and Sons Kallarackals Jewellers is on the lookout for an Accounts Coordinator to assist our Accounts Manager in managing daily accounting functions. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies effectively.
- Support both accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and oversee bank transactions.
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting position.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
