In this role, you will work closely with the branch sales team, addressing customer inquiries and aiding in the conversion of leads through effective tele-calling. You will be responsible for explaining product features and performing gold valuations.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the gold valuation process, ensuring prompt loan processing, and maintaining the security of gold packets. Providing exceptional customer service is a vital aspect of this position.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,500.00 – ₹16,500.00 per month | Schedule: Day Shift | Work Location: In person.
