Job Description
Join Uuc Hospitality as a Tele Caller Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Outbound and Inbound Calls: Promote our services and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Engaging with Customers: Provide essential information, resolve queries, and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintaining Records: Ensure accurate documentation of calls and interactions within our CRM system.
- Following Up: Facilitate consistent communication with prospective clients to nurture relationships.
- Collecting Customer Feedback: Gather insights to improve and enhance our services continually.
Requirements include completion of Higher Secondary education, a minimum of 1 year of telecommunication experience, and proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
Salary: ₹14,00 to ₹25,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
