Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Telecalling Executive at Sensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Dadar. Ideal candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 per month. A graduate degree is required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Engaging with current clients to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Converting leads into sales by identifying customer needs.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Gathering customer feedback for product enhancement.
- Preparing daily or weekly reports on activities and performance.
This is a day shift position, with in-person work required.
