Job Description

DHL is seeking committed Territory Service Representatives (Bikers) to enhance our operations. In this role, you will efficiently handle delivery and pickup of shipments while upholding outstanding customer service standards. Key responsibilities include unloading bags, scanning shipments, sorting packages, and ensuring that all deliveries and pickups are executed on time in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

Candidates are expected to obtain customer acknowledgments, update shipment statuses, and adhere to dress code requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you understand our delivery processes thoroughly.
