Job Description
LeadSense Media India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide and empower students in their pursuit of academic excellence. In this role, you will offer personalized support throughout their educational journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone.
- Guide students on course selection tailored to their individual needs.
- Organize workshops focusing on effective study skills and academic goal setting.
- Maintain comprehensive records of counseling sessions and track student progress.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in academic advising or counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
