Job Description
Advenxa Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a committed Reservation Associate to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. We welcome applications from individuals with excellent communication skills, whether you are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in the International Travel Industry. The salary for this position ranges from ₹18,00 to ₹20,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate travel packages from hotels in the UK and Europe.
- Oversee hotel reservations and backend operations.
- Manage international calls and liaise with hotel representatives.
- Ensure accurate booking records are maintained.
This role involves rotational night shifts. A degree is required, and fluency in English is a must.
