Job Description

sonataOne is looking for a highly skilled D365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team as a CRM Architect. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, encompassing CRM, Sales, and CE Service functionalities.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and customizing D365 CE solutions, implementing CRM modules, and overseeing DevOps processes. You will also lead and mentor a talented technical team while ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.

Required qualifications are expertise in Power Platform, proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Preferred candidates will hold Microsoft certifications and have experience with AI-driven analytics.
