Job Description

O3Hire is actively seeking a dedicated Education Counselor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will guide students through educational programs and career opportunities while refining their job placement skills. Key responsibilities include organizing informative workshops, fostering industry relationships, and overseeing placement activities to ensure student success.

We provide both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,00.00 to ₹50,00.00 per month. Ideal candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant counseling experience.

Please note that this role requires in-person attendance during day shifts, and additional compensation will be available through commission pay and performance bonuses.
