Job Description
We are pleased to announce a full-time opening for a South Indian Chef at Raa Moringam. The successful candidate will specialize in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring exceptional quality, flavor, and prompt service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly preparing dishes such as dosa, idli, thalipeth, and pulao.
- Utilizing pure homemade ghee and adhering to zero oil cooking methods.
- Formulating healthy recipes featuring Ragi and Bajri.
- Collaborating effectively with team members in the kitchen.
- Engaging with customers courteously and professionally.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in South Indian cuisine, accompanied by a strong work ethic.
Salary: ₹13,00.00 – ₹19,00.00 per month
