Job Description
Johnson Controls is looking for a detail-oriented End-User Computing (EUC) Operations Analyst to enhance our End User Technology team. The successful candidate will oversee and support end-user computing environments to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Deliver advanced technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Work collaboratively with teams to improve EUC strategies and performance.
- Adhere to security protocols for end-user devices.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in EUC support.
