Job Description

Navan is excited to announce an opening for a People Operations Coordinator to elevate our global employee experience. In this hands-on position, you will manage daily People operations, maintain data integrity in Workday, and address inquiries through JIRA. Your contributions will be crucial throughout the employee lifecycle in our dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all People-related inquiries.
  • Manage data changes in Workday while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and necessary document preparation.
  • Support training compliance initiatives and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 3 months to 1-year relevant experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
