Job Responsibilities:
– Reach out to potential clients and follow up on generated leads.
– Clearly articulate our services and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
– Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up results.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
