Job Description
Chris Johnson Business IT Solutions is currently looking for a qualified CCTV Surveillance Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing CCTV equipment to monitor customer traffic and will assist the MIS executive with reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong visual monitoring capabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in keyboard operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Operate CCTV systems following standard operating procedures.
- Promptly report any issues as outlined in CCTV-SOP.
- Actively monitor all workflows.
- Observe customer interactions and escalate concerns as necessary.
