Job Description
St. Augustine’s Day School for Boys is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology, along with a Post Graduate degree in Child Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. Candidates must possess an English medium background and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities: The School Counselor will provide individual and group counseling, address both emotional and academic challenges, develop effective intervention strategies, collaborate closely with teachers and parents, and ensure confidentiality in all dealings.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 monthly
