Job Description
Infosys BPM Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Process Executive. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating strong communication skills. We encourage both fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to apply.
This position is available in Pune and Bangalore, with 25 openings in each city. Interviews are scheduled for April 15th and 16th, 2025. Candidates must achieve a minimum voice assessment score of 72.
Successful applicants will participate in a one-month foundational training program located in Pune or Mysore. Please note that night shifts and in-office attendance are mandatory.
