Job Description
Talrop is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our Corporate Compliance, Governance, and Documentation team. This internship provides recent graduates an exciting opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation, all while being mentored by our Company Secretary.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist in regulatory filings, company incorporation, drafting legal documents, coordinating meetings, and conducting compliance checks.
Required Qualifications: We are looking for recent graduates in B.Com, BBA, BBM, or LLB programs who possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time Internship (6 months) with a stipend of ₹10,00/month.
