Job Description
Tripncare is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will conduct B2B and B2C calls, manage inquiries from customers and agents via phone, email, and chat, and efficiently address complaints. You will support customers with bookings, cancellations, and provide comprehensive information regarding our travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about industry trends
- Document all interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Prior experience in customer support is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi, English, or Bengali is an advantage.
