Job Description
Chandra Hyundai is looking for a committed Warranty Executive to oversee the follow-up on the payment of outstanding claims and efficiently manage warranty parts. The ideal candidate will ensure that parts are appropriately tagged with repair order numbers, replacement dates, and disposal dates. You will also be responsible for coordinating parts shipments to the factory or distributor, or facilitating scrapping as necessary, all while maintaining accurate service records in accordance with warranty policy requirements.
