Job Description
Techchef Consulting India PVT. LTD. is on the lookout for a motivated Customer Support Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing quotations via email.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software.
