Job Description
Amplifon is seeking a dedicated Client Care Executive to enhance client retention and satisfaction through effective communication via both outbound and inbound calls. Key responsibilities include generating client visits, addressing objections, and updating customer records in Excel and our CRM systems. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong track record in sales, excellent communication abilities, and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and fluency in both Hindi and English, with additional languages such as Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam viewed favorably. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a calm demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven experience in tele-sales.
