Job Description
DataIns Technology is on the lookout for a committed US IT Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes conducting interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating job offers. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to grasp their recruitment needs, attract top talent, and devise effective sourcing strategies. Your knowledge in key functional areas will be vital in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This is a full-time position with a starting compensation of ₹10,150.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of recruiting experience, and proficiency in English. Availability for night and overnight shifts is desirable.
