Job Description
Encore Recruiterz Hub LLP is actively searching for a highly motivated and dedicated Gold Loan Collection Officer to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling gold loan products to customers while accurately assessing gold ornaments for purity and valuation.
The ideal candidate will effectively explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies through accurate documentation. Additionally, building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential for success in this position.
