Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tele Calling Executive to join our sales and customer service team at THE COVAI CAREERS. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, providing essential product information while fostering strong customer relationships. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a commitment to a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound calls to promote our products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Accurately maintain customer databases.
- Achieve sales targets and report on customer insights.
