Job Description
NEW LAND REALTORS is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will manage social media leads, follow up with clients, coordinate site visits, and assist with closing sales for real estate projects in and around Adoor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with social media leads
- Provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers
- Schedule and facilitate site visits
- Maintain accurate lead tracking records
- Foster strong relationships with clients
- Support the sales closing process
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, effective communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, possession of a two-wheeler, and residing in or near Adoor.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
