Qualifications: MBA in Healthcare Management.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a relevant field.
Job Description:
- Implement quality standards across healthcare departments.
- Analyze quality indicator data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Maintain thorough documentation of compliance records and audits.
- Assist in external audits conducted by accreditation bodies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and patient safety protocols.
- Identify and manage patient safety risks effectively.
