Job Description
Mutha Engineering Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee LPDC/HPDC and Powder Coating operations. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in fettling shop activities and proven skills in addressing customer complaints.
Key responsibilities encompass reducing internal rejections, optimizing shift schedules, managing manpower, and conducting production analyses. A solid understanding of casting defects, as well as awareness of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EOHS) protocols, is crucial. Familiarity with Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and 5S methodologies is highly beneficial.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,00.00 to ₹50,00.00, along with attractive benefits.
