Role: Quality Training Supervisor/Trainer
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a trainer
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Job Description:
- Facilitate training sessions for Telecallers, Team Leaders, and Managers.
- Lead a team of Quality Officers to enhance performance.
- Supervise DRA training and certification processes.
- Provide regular quality feedback to Team Leaders.
- Timely update training modules as needed.
- Conduct motivational training sessions to boost morale.
