In this full-time position, you will engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing order processing. You will share comprehensive information about our products and services, while effectively maintaining customer records and fostering enduring relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of up to ₹18,00.00 per month, along with a package of additional benefits, including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a Provident Fund. This role requires proficiency in both English and Hindi, and candidates must be available for a fixed day shift, including weekends.
