Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our team at MAPLE ASH RESORT in Wayanad. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, welcoming and hosting guests, taking and delivering messages, and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, along with strong bookkeeping and computer skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between ₹12,00.00 and ₹14,00.00 per month. Benefits include meal provisions, and applicants can choose from day or night shifts.
