Job Description
Falcon Academy is in search of a motivated and personable Telecaller Executive to become part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will handle both outbound and inbound calls to effectively promote our products, gather customer feedback, and deliver vital support.
This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹6,00.00 to ₹26,00.00 per month, contingent on performance, with a commitment of at least 40 hours per week. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is preferred. The position requires in-person attendance, and additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement and a commission structure.
The anticipated start date for this role is April 28, 2025.
