Job Description
Torero Softwares Ltd, a leading player in the software industry located in Lower Parel East, Mumbai, is seeking a Customer Support Executive. This full-time position entails supporting clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST, while also conducting training on our Medica software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support.
- Facilitate comprehensive software training.
- Work in tandem with the technical team to stay updated on new features.
Requirements:
- Commerce graduates or individuals with a 12th-grade education and customer support experience in IT products.
- Excellent communication skills paired with fundamental accounting knowledge.
The role requires working from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a competitive salary of up to ₹20,00/month, including benefits such as commuter assistance.
