Job Description
QuickPlace is seeking a committed Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, overseeing all aspects of their stay. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and possess relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating check-in and check-out procedures
- Managing reservations via phone and online platforms
- Welcoming guests and assigning rooms
- Providing detailed information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Addressing guest complaints professionally
- Coordinating with housekeeping for room availability
Qualifications: Open to candidates with Plus Two certification, both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹9,922.55 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
