Job Description

Enlabs Technology is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our vibrant team. This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays off.

Qualifications: A minimum education level of 12th Pass (with results available), along with at least 6 months of experience in Inbound & Outbound BPO, Sales, or Telecalling. Exceptional communication skills in Bengali and Hindi are mandatory, combined with confidence and clarity in verbal interactions.

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students, provide counseling, and promote attendance at complimentary seminars.

Compensation: Offered salary ranges from ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
