Job Description
Amplifon is looking for a skilled India Call Center Operator to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on client retention and satisfaction through both outbound and inbound calling. Key responsibilities include generating client visits and managing grievances to uphold our esteemed company reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a demonstrated history of sales success, and proficiency in relevant computer applications. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. You will be required to make approximately 150 calls daily, effectively address objections, and work collaboratively with our clinical and field teams.
