Role Overview: In this role, you will be the voice of Songdew, assisting artists and partners throughout the music release process. Your key responsibilities will include resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1-2 years of customer support experience, outstanding communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time; Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00/month.
Location: In-person, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
