Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking an Operations Processing Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving departmental objectives, maintaining customer records, reviewing insurance documentation, and processing patient referrals. You will also ensure the timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies, in accordance with company policies to provide high-quality service.
Qualified candidates should possess a university degree or equivalent, a minimum of one year of computer experience, and strong communication skills. This position requires regular shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, or rotational shifts, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
All new hires will be required to complete an orientation and demonstrate proficiency in the necessary materials.
