Job Description
Career Crox is seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Executives fluent in Tamil or Malayalam to deliver outstanding customer service. This full-time position is located in Sector 18, Gurgaon, consisting of five working days per week in rotational shifts. The compensation includes a salary of ₹30,00 along with performance-based incentives.
Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, experience in voice processes, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A minimum of a 12th-grade certification is required.
In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries regarding Samsung products, maintain accurate call logs, and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
