Job Description
Steps N Storeyz is currently seeking a highly motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This remote position involves enhancing our talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates across various industries, including IT, Non-IT, BFSI, and Manufacturing.
Ideal candidates will possess prior recruiting experience, a strong understanding of recruitment tools, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive pay range of ₹10,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month, with added benefits such as food provisions and a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred.
