Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (US Shift) | 5 Days Working
Brocus IT Solutions is seeking an Experienced Associate for our International Call Center, specializing in customer service and sales. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Effectively present and promote products/services
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in an international BPO preferred
- Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work night shifts
Compensation: ₹18,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
