Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Supervisor to manage our packaging operations. In this role, you will ensure that products are packaged efficiently and meet all safety and quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing packaging processes and training team members.
• Managing inventory and coordinating with the procurement team.
• Collaborating with production and logistics to achieve targets.
• Generating and maintaining packaging reports.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

This is a full-time, permanent position open to freshers. Compensation ranges from ₹18,455.00 to ₹28,755.00 per month, with additional benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Shifts available include day, morning, and rotational.
