Job Description

Westside Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Executive to oversee bookings from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Agoda. In this role, you will manage OTA extranets, promptly process online reservations, and coordinate effectively with the front office team. Additionally, you will respond to guest inquiries, monitor overbookings, and assist in achieving our revenue targets.
