PSG is seeking a committed Front Office Administrator to become a key member of our team. In this role, your essential duties will encompass:

• Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls.
• Administrative Support: Oversee office supplies inventory.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
• Communication: Manage both mail and email correspondence professionally.
• Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized and inviting.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Project Planning: Assist with front desk operation projects.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 monthly. Benefits include paid time off and a Provident Fund.
