Job Description
Snigdha Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Executive with a background in real estate law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property agreements, conducting title verifications, and performing legal due diligence. The Legal Executive will also coordinate with external legal counsel as needed and ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and local regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of property laws and exceptional drafting abilities.
