Job Description
MGS Automation is currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience managing teams of 10 to 15 members, along with strong customer management skills.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing the assembly of electrical panels, ensuring quality standards, and meeting delivery timelines, even under pressure. A thorough understanding of electrical panel wiring and component installation is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to ₹18,00.00 per month. The work schedule is day shift with weekend availability. A diploma is required, and proficiency in Tamil is essential.
