Job Description
We invite you to apply for the position of Server at Nine Lives Cat Cafe, where your love for cats meets exceptional service. As a Server, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests within our unique cat-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and guide them through our menu options.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining space.
- Educate guests on our café rules to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with basic cat care as required.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of customer service experience (students are encouraged to apply).
- A friendly, patient demeanor and a passion for cats.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
