Job Description

Rathat Solutions Private Limited is actively looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Tally ERP or SAP, specifically in creating purchase orders, processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and managing invoices. Exceptional English communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee purchase orders.
• Process GRNs and manage invoices effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in Tally ERP or SAP applications.
• Strong skills in Excel and effective communication.
