Job Description
Jalan Group of Industries is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced female candidate to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working directly with directors and must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications: Female only, Post Graduation required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director with daily operations.
- Prepare and send daily reports via email.
- Complete online forms as needed.
- Maintain daily documentation using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Manage legal documents and facilitate communications.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹35,00.00 per month
