The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, structuring, and issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures. A solid background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), banks, or financial institutions is essential for this role.
